Karmart fixed my old car and replaced my battery in no time. Norman was incredibly efficient, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the process. I really appreciated the excellent service and how quickly everything was taken care of. Thank you again, Karmart!

The service department has done a great job of taking care of me and my 2019 VW Atlas. I can not say enough great things about how they have handled the situations. I would recommend them to anyone looking for respectable individuals on island.

Updated 4-2-26. Keanu Fernandez, Service Manager reached out. Took the time to understand the concerns, ordered the parts needed, within a week, had the parts, picked my car up from up country and had everything installed and taken care of a few days later. He also delivered the car back to our home up country. I appreciate his follow up and follow through. Thank you for helping me get this resolved. ———————————————————————— Horrible service. On going issues for the past 9 months. Poor communication. We have come to pick the vehicle up 3 separate times and each time they forgot to complete one of the repairs. They don’t have anyone inspecting the vehicles before they leave. After waiting another 3 months for a part to get in, Of course after we get there to pick it up they realize they did not even order one of the parts yet. So more wait time. Then once the part comes in they were suppose to also fix the alignment. Part on, but of course they forgot the alignment. I schedule the alignment, come in another separate day, and of course they forgot to put me on the schedule. I come again weeks later drop it off and when I get it back, it’s worse. No one checks the work. N
